Industrial / Manufacturing

Replaced a tangle of spreadsheets and legacy tools with one ERP the shop floor actually uses.

Mid-sized manufacturer, ~200 staff

Problem

Operations were being run out of a decade of Excel files, an aging on-prem ERP that only two people understood, and WhatsApp groups filling the gaps. Inventory counts drifted from reality, work orders were re-keyed three times before a machine started, and management had no honest view of what was on the floor at any given moment.

What we built

We spent time on-site, watched how work actually moved, and designed a custom ERP around that reality instead of forcing a generic template. Modules for inventory, work orders, purchase orders, and shop-floor status went live in phases so nothing broke at once. Tablet-friendly interfaces, offline-tolerant sync, and role-based access meant operators, planners, and finance each got a view that matched their job.

Result

Inventory accuracy moved from "roughly correct" to reconciled daily. Work orders are created once and flow through to dispatch without re-keying. Leadership opens one dashboard in the morning and sees the real state of production instead of chasing three people for updates.
