Online learning platform for coaching institutes
Problem
The client was running classes across live sessions, recorded lectures, PDFs shared over messaging apps, and a payment link in a bio. Students dropped off between sessions, instructors could not tell who was actually engaging, and adding a second branch meant duplicating the whole mess.
What we built
We built a single platform covering course structure, live and recorded classes, assignments, attendance, and payments — with a tenancy model that lets one institute run multiple branches or a solo coach run their own space, from the same product. Instructor tooling was designed with real teachers in the room, not a spec document, so day-to-day operations map onto the UI instead of fighting it.
Result
Instructors run their week from one place instead of five apps. Students see one course home with everything they owe and everything that is next. Onboarding a new branch or a new independent coach is now a form, not a project.
